Bravura Solutions Ltd (BVS) provides software solutions for the wealth management, life insurance, and funds administration industries. The company’s on-premised, managed, hosted and cloud solutions are used by many leading global financial institutions such as Fidelity International, JP Morgan, Citi and Lloyds.
Bravura’s flagship product is Sonata, a next-generation wealth management administration system that helps businesses reduce operating expenses while increasing customer connectivity and engagement.
The company was founded in 2004 and went on to the list on the ASX in 2006 under the ticker code BVA. In 2013, Bravura was acquired by private equity investor Ironbridge Capital, only to return to the ASX a few years later under its current ticker code BVS. Since rejoining the ASX in 2016, Bravura shares have posted impressive share price gains while also paying out some of its profits as dividends.
