BSP Financial Group Ltd (ASX: BFL) is a diversified financial business covering banking, asset finance, life insurance, funds management, and corporate advisory services across Papua New Guinea (PNG) and the South Pacific.
Its most recognised operating segment is BSP Bank which has the largest branch network throughout PNG, Cook Islands, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Tonga, and Vanuatu.
BSP also has three 100%-owned subsidiaries: PNG stockbroking and funds management business BSP Capital; specialist asset finance company BSP Finance operating in PNG and Fiji; and specialist Fiji life insurance company BSP Life.
The company listed on the ASX in 2021.
