Mr Dyson is a director and one of the founders of Starfish Ventures. He has been involved in the establishment of Starfish Ventures and has overseen and managed investments across a range of technologies and industries. He is currently a Director of Design Crowd Pty Ltd, Marp Therapeutics Pty Ltd and Hearables 3D Pty Limited, and is also the President of the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Research. Formerly, John was General Manager (Australia) of JAFCO Investment (Asia Pacific), a Singapore-based private equity manager. Prior to joining JAFCO, he worked in the investment banking and stockbroking industries.

Mr Price is currently Chair of Additive Assurance Pty Ltd and Binary Tech Global Pty Ltd. He is also a non-executive director of HIWAY. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Windlab Limited. Previously, he was a partner at Innovation Capital, a venture capital firm and an early investor in the Group. He has experience in engineering, manufacturing, information technology services and international business development roles across technology-based companies. Prior to joining Innovation Capital, he was Chief Executive Officer of Reino Intl., a developer of parking solutions. He commenced his career at Alcatel and subsequently held senior positions with Australian technology businesses and software companies. He is the member of the Risk Management Committee.

Mr Finlayson has held finance and operational leadership roles in Australia, Singapore and Vietnam. He was Chief Operating Officer of Mallesons, an international law firm, for 13 years before retiring on 30 June 2026. During his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, he was a partner in Tax and Legal Services in Indochina, advising companies on establishing and operating businesses in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, following tax advisory roles in Sydney and Singapore. He is the chair of the Risk Management Committee.

Ms Ledger has experience in banking, consulting and corporate leadership roles. As a Partner with McKinsey and Company, she advised financial institutions on strategy, performance improvement and organisational change.

Mr Williams was involved in the Digital Audio Networking project at National ICT Australia (NICTA), which developed the audio networking technology behind Dante. Prior to joining NICTA, Aidan worked at Motorola Labs in Sydney on networking technologies, including zero-configuration IP networking, IPv6, reliable multicast, mobile ad hoc networking and residential gateways. He is an inventor on more than twenty patents related to IP networking. Earlier in his career, Aidan gained experience in networking, security, operating systems and software development through managing large networks, mission-critical systems and network security for a university campus.

Ms Blickstead is a Non-Executive Director and executive with experience in strategy, operations, manufacturing, pricing, sales and marketing across technology and health technology companies. She worked as a management consultant and biomedical engineer. Amrita currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at Genea and Vision Beyond Aus. She is a member of the Risk Management Committee.
