    About 29Metals Ltd

     29Metals Ltd (ASX: 29M) is a copper-focused base and precious metals mining company. It explores, develops, and produces mineral concentrates that are on-sold to commodity traders or to smelters for refining.

    29Metals has two long-life, producing assets: Golden Grove in Western Australia (copper, zinc, gold, silver, and lead) and Capricorn Copper in Queensland (copper and silver). Both sites have estimated mine lives in excess of 10 years.
     
    The company also holds a portfolio of further exploration opportunities, including regional tenement interests around its existing operational sites and a strategic tenement package and exploration project in Redhill, Chile, the world's largest copper-producing nation.

    Ms Robertson was appointed as a Director on 27 May 2021. Ms Robertson has more than 40 years' experience as a finance executive and non-executive director, most of this spent within the resources sector. Ms Robertson's senior and executive finance roles included as CFO of ASX-listed companies Petsec Energy Limited, Climax Mining Limited and Delta Gold Limited. Ms Robertson's earlier career included credit risk management, corporate banking and resource financing roles with Chase AMP and Chase Manhattan Bank in Australia, New York and London.     Ms McGill was appointed as a Director on 27 May 2021. Ms McGill has more than 30 years' experience in the mining sector, including in executive and senior leadership roles spanning operations, business development, technology and project management across copper, iron ore and energy. Ms McGill's executive career includes 16 years with BHP where she held roles as President Olympic Dam, President BHP-Mitsui Coal as well as other senior leadership roles in BHP's copper, uranium and iron ore divisions. Ms McGill's current non-executive directorship roles include ASX-listed New Hope Corporation Limited (ASX: NHC) where she also serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and chair of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee. Ms McGill is also a non-executive director of Johannesburg-listed Gold Fields Limited as well as several other non-listed organisations including South Australian Art Gallery and the Royal Automobile Association of South Australia. Ms McGill currently serves as a member of the South Australian Premiers Economic Advisory Council and was included in the Australia Day honours list in 2020 recognising her services to the resources sector, and diversity and inclusion.

    Mr Alciaturi was appointed as a Director on 27 May 2021. Mr Alciaturi is an experienced finance professional with combined experience of more than 40 years across investment banking, corporate finance and as a mining executive. Mr Alciaturi's executive career included 11 years in his roles as CFO and executive director with Aquila Resources Limited (ASX: AQA, delisted 2014) where Mr Alciaturi's responsibilities included strategy, business development, investor relations, finance and administration. Prior to Aquila, Mr Alciaturi spent 30 years in investment banking and corporate finance, including as Head of Corporate Finance at Macquarie Capital in Perth, Partner in charge of Corporate Finance at EY in Perth (including head of the EY natural resources team), and as an executive director with Poynton Corporate.     Ms Brown has over 25 years experience in the finance and mining sectors with an engineering background. Tamara is currently a Partner of Oberon Capital Corporation, a Canadian boutique energy and mineral resources investment banking firm. Prior to joining Oberon Capital, Tamara held various senior management and executive roles, including interim Chief Executive Officer with TSX-listed Superior Gold Inc. (2020-2021), and corporate development and investor relations roles with Newcrest Mining Limited (2018-2020) (ASX: NCM), Primero Mining Corp.
