    KMD Brands Ltd (ASX: KMD) is a designer, marketer, wholesaler, and retailer of apparel, footwear, and equipment for outdoor activities and surfing. The company has a portfolio of three brands: Kathmandu, Rip Curl, and Oboz.

    KMD Brands was founded with the Kathmandu label in New Zealand in 1987, later adding the US Oboz hiking boot company and the Australian surf label to its stable. The company is dual-listed on the ASX and the New Zealand Stock Exchange.
