About Kathmandu Holdings Ltd

Kathmandu Holdings Ltd is a designer, marketer, retailer, and wholesaler of apparel, footwear, and equipment for surfing and the outdoors. It operates in New Zealand, Australia, North America, Europe, South East Asia and Brazil. It has three operating segments: the Outdoor segment that includes the Kathmandu and Oboz brands, designs, markets, retails, and wholesales apparel, footwear, and equipment for outdoor travel and adventure; the Surf segment includes the Rip Curl brand that designs, manufactures, wholesales, and retails surfing equipment and apparel; and the Corporate segment. The company generates a vast majority of its revenues from the Outdoor segment within Australia.
