Mr Hyslop prior to establishing Zoono, Paul was involved in several entrepreneurial ventures ranging from the establishment of a private car sales business in Auckland in 1990, to real estate development and business brokerage. He also set up a franchise business in the USA 2002 - 2005. Adept at dealing with businesses and consumers alike, he co-established the Business Brokerage Division at Bayley's Real Estate - real estate and business brokerages in New Zealand. Paul's experience in business development dates to the 1970s, when he started a personal-care services business after high school, grew it into eight locations and later sold it to his employees. He has also been a commercial flying instructor and Airline pilot, having flown commuter planes for Eagle Air, owned by Air New Zealand.
