Ms Kitchen is Chair of the Risk Committee. She was National Chairman of KPMG Australia and a member of KPMG's Global and Regional boards until 2023. She has more than 30 years' experience in management and governance roles within the KPMG partnership. She has worked in geographically diverse and complex operating environments and provided advice to industries including energy, mining, transport and financial services. She was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia in 2024.

Mr Grill is Chair of the Board a member of the People Committee and a member of the Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee. He has over 40 years experience in the resources and energy industry, starting his career with Esso Australia. He has experience across project delivery in the resources and energy industry. He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2014 for service to engineering and business in the minerals, energy and power supply industries, and for supporting education and training. He is also Chairman of the Mindgardens Neuroscience Network, a partnership between the Black Dog Institute, Neuroscience Research Australia (NeuRA), South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) and the University of New South Wales.

Ms Stein is Chair of the People Committee and a member of the Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee. Before moving to Australia in 2003, she gained experience in management, leadership, strategy development and implementation in industrial, energy and utilities markets. Her career included roles in strategic planning and operational management in the fuels sector, including UK Managing Director at Gaz de France Energy and UK Gas Divisional Managing Director at British Fuels.

Mr Gorman is Chair of the Health, Safety and Sustainability Committee. His appointment follows a 30-year career in executive positions at Ford Motor Company. He has worked across finance, operations, logistics, marketing and business development in the United States, England, France and Australia. He is a member of People Committee.

Dr Parkinson is a member of the Risk Committee. He is currently Chancellor of Macquarie University and co-chair of the Great Barrier Reef Foundation. He previously served as Secretary of the Australian Government's Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Australian Treasury and Department of Climate Change. He has also served on a number of government and advisory bodies, including the Reserve Bank of Australia, Infrastructure Australia, the Council of Financial Regulators, the Board of Taxation and the Territory Economic Reconstruction Commission. He was awarded a Companion of the Order of Australia in 2017 and has a Public Service Medal.

Ms Johns previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Incitec Pivot Ltd from November 2017 until June 2023. Prior to joining Incitec, she held executive leadership roles in the US, UK/Europe and Asia/China during her 30 years with BP plc. She has experience in the energy, chemicals and resources sectors, including safety, operations, projects and engineering. She is a member of Risk Committee.

Mr Liveris is the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Dow Chemical Company and the former Executive Chairman of DowDuPont. With over 40 years of leadership experience at The Dow Chemical Company, his career included roles in manufacturing, engineering, sales, marketing, business and general management in various international locations. Andrew is President of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Chair of the American Australian Association, Inc. (AAA). He was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia in 2014 for services to international business.

Mr Ashton was Group Managing Director for Major Projects and Integrated Solutions with responsibility for growth and performance. This included fabrication businesses, WorleyCord, Rosenberg Worley and the Global Delivery Center. He has also held executive roles with responsibility for operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the power sector globally.

Mr Geagea had a 40-year career with Chevron Corporation before retiring in June 2022 as Executive Vice President and Senior Advisor to Chevron's Chairman and CEO. During his time with Chevron, his roles included Executive Vice President of Technology, Projects and Services and President of Chevron Gas and Midstream. He was also responsible for Chevron's upstream activities in Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam and oversaw Chevron's downstream operations in East Africa, the Middle East and Pakistan. He is a member of People Committee.

Mr Gillis is Chair of Avincis Aviation and was previously the Deputy Secretary Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group at the Department of Defence and Vice President and Managing Director of Boeing Defence Australia. He has more than 30 years of program management experience and industry experience in maritime programs. He has also managed defence acquisition programs and maritime capability, construction and delivery activities.
