Mr Sharp has more than 30 years of global experience investing in, financing and running growth companies. He was formerly CEO of ABN AMRO Asia Pacific Securities and Global Head of Technology for ABN AMRO Bank, and subsequently founded North Ridge Partners, a technology investment bank. He has served as a director or Chair of multiple technology companies. He chaired the Lotteries Commission of New Zealand until 30 September 2024. He is Chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Guscic was previously Managing Director, Asia Pacific for GTA and formerly Managing Director of the Travelport Business Group, Pacific region. Based in Tokyo, Japan, he was responsible for the Galileo and GTA brands in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Indonesia. Before that John was Managing Director at Galileo South Pacific and Flairview Travel.

Mrs Wilson is a non-executive director with experience across both listed and unlisted companies. She is currently a Non-Executive Director at JB Hi-Fi (ASX: JBH) and Oroton Group, previously chaired Baby Bunting Group (ASX: BBN) and has been a Non-Executive Director of several listed companies including PropertyGuru (NYSE: PGRU), EML Payments (ASX: EML) and iSelect (ASX: ISU).

Mr Scurrah has over 25 years experience spanning the aviation, travel, transport and logistics industries. He was previously CEO of Virgin Australia, Pacific National, DP World Australia, Queensland Rail and TravelOnline.com. Paul is currently a Non-Executive Director at RPMGlobal (ASX: RUL) and on the advisory board of the Sports Australia Hall of Fame. He previously chaired WHIZZ Technologies and Australian Tourism Data Warehouse. He also previously held Non-Executive Director roles at Australia Post, Gold Coast Suns AFL Team, Asian Terminals (Manila) and AWH.

Ms McComish has strategy, financial, corporate and board experience across multiple sectors. She is also a Non-Executive Director of WA electricity gentailer Synergy and not-for-profit organization Beyond Blue. Denise is a WA Division Councillor at AICD, Chair of the Advisory Board for the School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University and member of Chief Executive Women. Denise was a Partner with KPMG for 30 years, specializing in audit and advisory services, and a member of the Board of KPMG Australia for 6 years. She is a Member of Risk Committee.

Ms Wiseman has more than 20 years of experience leading transformation and innovation in major organizations across the tourism, technology, media and entertainment industries in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. She is currently CEO, Member Capital at NRMA and has led its strategy to diversify the business from motoring services to include tourism and transport services. Rachel previously worked as General Manager Commercial Development at Tabcorp Holdings Limited and prior to that was Director of Business Affairs for Fox Sports Australia. She is a Member of the Risk Committee.
