Mr Macpherson is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the provision of financial and corporate advisory services. He was a former partner at Arthur Andersen & Co, managing a specialist practice providing corporate and financial advice to the mining and mineral exploration industry. Mr Macpherson established Ord Partners in 1990 (later to become Ord Nexia) and has specialized in corporate advice with particular emphasis on capital structuring, equity and debt raising, corporate affairs and stock exchange compliance for publicly listed companies.

Mr Johnston is an experienced Australian mining executive and Board Director who has more than 35 years of operational and project development experience. Mr Johnston's career has seen him hold senior roles with major resource companies including Head of Global Nickel Assets for Glencore, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Minara Resources and Executive General Manager at WMC Resources for Olympic Dam, the Nickel Division and the Copper and Fertilizers Division.

Mr Quinlivan is a Mining Engineer with mining and executive leadership experience having 11 years of service at WMC Resources Ltd, followed by several high-profile mining development positions. Since 1989, Mr Quinlivan has served as Principal of Borden Mining Services, a mining consulting services firm, where he has worked on multiple mining projects in various capacities. He has previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Sons of Gwalia Ltd (post appointment of administrators), as Chief Operating Officer of Mount Gibson Iron Ltd and President and Chief Executive Officer of Alacer Gold Corporation.

Mr Tonkin was previously Managing Director and CEO of Silver Lake. Mr Tonkin has 38-year career within the minerals and mining industry that includes senior management roles at WMC Resources Ltd, Sons of Gwalia Ltd and Mount Gibson Iron Ltd.

Mr Clark has 40 years of experience in senior corporate, operational and project development roles. He served as Managing Director and CEO of Grange Resources for five years, as Group Executive of Operations managed Newmonts Australian and New Zealand Operations including the KCGM mine in Kalgoolie and held several of mine general manager roles for Normandy Mining.

Mr Flynn is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and corporate advisory roles including private equity and special situations investments in the mining and resources sector. He has held various leadership positions in Australia and Asia, having previously held the position of Executive Director/Vice President with Goldman Sachs and Managing Director of Alvarez & Marsal in Asia. He has worked in complex financial workouts, turnaround advisory and interim management.

Ms Prain has 30 years of experience in the mining industry as a geologist and mining services provider. She has held a variety of technical and management roles throughout her career and is currently the Managing Director of Cube Consulting, a specialist resource estimation and mining engineering services group that provides geological and mining engineering expertise and systems. Ms Prain's experience includes technical and advisory roles to multiple Australian, North American and Southeast Asian mining companies, with a particular focus on the implementation and use of specialist resource estimation and mining software.
