TPG Telecom Ltd (ASX: TPG) is an Australian telecommunications and IT company that specialises in consumer and business internet services as well as mobile telephone services.
Going head to head with telco market leader Telstra Corporation Ltd (ASX: TLS), TPG is one of the largest internet service providers in Australia and one of the largest mobile virtual network operators.
The business offers voice, internet and data solutions to a range of customers from consumer to SME, corporate and government sectors.
Since listing in 2001, TPG shares have grown to comfortable sit alongside Australia’s biggest companies on the S&P/ASX 200 Index (ASX: XJO).

Mr Millner served as a Non-Executive Director of TPG Corporation from 2000 until the merger with the Company in 2020, and was the Chairman of TPG Corporation from 2000 until 2008. Mr Millner brings to the Board broad corporate, investment, portfolio and asset management experience gained across diverse sectors including telecommunications, mining, manufacturing, health, finance, energy industrial and property investment in Australia and overseas. Mr Millner has over 30 years' experience as a Company Director with an understanding of governance and compliance, reporting, media and investor relations. Mr Millner holds directorships of the following listed companies: Apex Healthcare Berhad (Malaysia), Brickworks Limited, BKI Investment Company Limited, Milton Corporation Limited, New Hope Corporation Limited, Washington H. Mr Moffatt was a member of the key management personnel of TPG Telecom Limited (ASX:TPM) and played a role in its development, including the many corporate and large commercial transactions undertaken by that company.
