Mr. Dennis has a long and distinguished career in mining, with 50 years of experience across nickel, copper, gold, and alumina industries. His roles have included CEO and Managing Director of Poseidon Nickel Limited, COO of the Independence Group (IGO), overseeing operations including the development of IGO's Nova Nickel Project. His extensive operational, technical, and project development expertise in base and precious metals makes him a prominent figure in the industry.

Mr Perrett has held leadership roles in the grains industry, including Chairman of the Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC), the National Rural Advisory Council, the Wheat Research Foundation, and President of the Grains Council of Australia. These roles reflect his extensive involvement and leadership at both industry and national levels.

Mr Battershill has over 25 years of experience in mining, business development, and finance in Australia and internationally. His industry roles have included senior operational and business development positions with WMC Resources Limited, and significant stockbroking experience at Hartleys, Citigroup, and UBS in Sydney and London. He was consistently voted one of the leading mining analysts in Australia between 2009 and 2015 by institutional investors.

Ms Podagiel has a distinguished legal background and over 20 years of experience as a commercial lawyer working on major projects and developments across mineral resources, technology, agriculture, energy, and defence industries. She has extensive senior executive experience, including her former role as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of McCullough Robertson, a leading Australian independent law firm.

Ms Brook has a background in mining engineering and has over 30 years' experience in the resources industry. After starting her career working underground, Ms Brook went on to hold a number of site technical and consulting roles before taking on a leadership role with Glencore Coal Australia, where she led a team of resources professionals responsible for business development, project assessment and technical governance of mining operations. She has served as President and Chair of the AusIMM and is the Chair of the UNSW Sydney School of Minerals and Energy Resources Engineering Advisory Board. She is a former President of the AusIMM, and served on the Board from January 2021 to December 2025. She is currently an independent non-executive director of Whitehaven Coal Limited (ASX:WHC) and also acts as Chair of Whitehaven's HSEC Committee and is a member of Whitehaven's Governance and Nomination Committee. Ms Brook is also non-executive director of EQ Resources Limited (ASX:EQR).

Mr Fitzgibbon brings over 26 years of experience as a former federal Member of Parliament in the House of Representatives, where he represented the Hunter electorate including for a number of years the areas of Lue, Kandos and Rylstone which then formed part of that electorate. Mr Fitzgibbon also has 8 years in Local Government. Throughout his career in politics, he served in Cabinet and held the ministerial portfolios of Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Minister for Defence, and Chief Government Whip.
