Martin was previously Managing Director and CEO of Watpac Limited (now BESIX Watpac) and held senior roles at Baulderstone Hornibrook. He is a member of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee and a member of the Risk Committee.

She has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, senior executive and strategic advisor across these sectors. She has experience in corporate finance, audit, risk management, contract management, stakeholder engagement and service delivery.

Ms Ward brings to the Board operational, contracting and commercial expertise gained across a diverse range of industries including infrastructure, transport, fisheries and telecommunications in Australia and New Zealand. She has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, senior executive and strategic advisor across these sectors. She has experience in change management, business development, industrial relations, contract management, stakeholder engagement, service delivery and mergers & acquisitions. She has held CEO roles with Gough Group, Kennards Hire and CentrePort Ltd and is a company director gained across government, privately owned and regulated entities such as NSW Telco Authority and Moana (formerly Aotearoa Fisheries Ltd). She has experience in audit and risk, health and safety, and remuneration board committees. She is Chair of the Health, Safety & Environment Committee.

He has over 30 years of experience as a CEO, senior executive and strategic advisor across these sectors. He has experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development, change management, industrial relations, stakeholder engagement and service delivery. His expertise as a company director is gained across both listed entities and private enterprises. He is currently serving boards in the health care, retail and education sectors. His board responsibilities include audit and risk, health and safety, and remuneration committees. He is a member of the Risk Committee.
