    Silk Logistics Holdings Ltd. provides logistics services. It operates through two divisions Port Logistics division offering wharf cartage, and Contract Logistics division offering warehousing and distribution services. The company was founded by Brendan Boyd and John Sood in 2008 and is headquartered in Port Melbourne, Australia.
