Mr O Sullivan has experience as a director of both listed and unlisted entities and has more than 35 years of executive commercial and business management experience, including holding various senior financial and operational roles in Ireland, the United States, Australia and New Zealand across a number of industries including traditional and online media, telecommunications, fast moving consumer goods and professional accounting. He was the Chief Financial Officer of and was the Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director of Nine Entertainment Co Pty Limited.

Ms Anderson has more than 30 years of experience as a CEO and senior executive in a range of media companies including Southern Star Entertainment, PBL and Ninemsn and Reading Room Inc of which she was CEO and founder. She is Chair of the People and Culture Committee and Member of the Risk Committee.

Ms Macdonald has a background in financial and general management roles across a range of industry sectors including fast moving consumer goods, resources, travel and digital media. She has a proven track record in developing and implementing strategy with a focus on risk management, growth and value creation. She was previously Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer at Helloworld Travel and Chief Financial Officer and General Manager International at REA Group. She is Chair of the Risk Committee and Member of the People and Culture Committee.

Mr Stoecker founded Alteryx in 1997 and led the company as CEO through October 2020, achieving solid organic growth, and a successful IPO in March 2017. He serves as advisor to entrepreneurs and is an active philanthropist, creating the Alteryx for Good program to bring the thrill of solving real-world problems to nonprofits, educators, and local communities. He is passionate about humanizing the world of data science and analytics. Before co-founding Alteryx, He held various sales and business leadership roles at Strategic Mapping and Dun & Bradstreet.

Ms Lawson is an technology executive with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), digital strategy, and product development. Samantha has held senior executive and board roles, including VP of AI and Digital at Optus. Prior to her role at Optus, Samantha was the Chief Operating Officer and Board Director at Oxford VR, a Non-Executive Director at Silicon Quantum Computing, General Manager of Strategy and Innovation at the Commonwealth Bank, a Director at Faethm, and worked for the Boston Consulting Group.
