Ms Jeffs is an executive, currently holding the position of Executive General Manager People and Transformation at Melbourne Water. She brings more than 25 years of experience culture, capability and safety in organizations across the healthcare and finance sectors. Early in her working life, Paula spent several years as a carer in the aged and disability sector. She is also a chair of the People and Safety committee and member of Clinical Governance committee.

Mr Pitman has over 35 years of experience in general, operational and financial management, strategy development and M&A. As a Group Executive at Stockland for more than six years, he led Group Strategy and was the CEO of Stockland Retirement Living. He is a former partner with Boston Consulting Group and serves as the firms Global Finance Director, based in Boston. He is also a member of the Finance and Risk committee.

Ms Munnings is the Managing Director of Vitrafy Life Sciences Ltd. Kates previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Virtus Health Limited and Chief Operating Officer of Ramsay Health Care. Kate has experience across the construction, law and healthcare sectors. She is a former partner at law firm Baker Mackenzie and is currently the Chair of Digital Health CRC in Australia and a non-executive director at Wesfarmers Limited. She is also a member of People and Safety committee, Governance committee and chair of Clinical Governance committee.

Mr Pritchard has been CEO of Precinct Properties, New Zealands owner, developer, and manager of premium real estate in Auckland and Wellington, since 2010. Scott has experience in property development, property funds management and asset management. Scott also serves as the Independent Chair of the Auckland Council City Centre Advisory Panel and is a Trustee of the Tania Dalton Foundation. Scott was previously a Board member of Property Council New Zealand for 14 years and Chair for four of those years. He is also a member of People and Safety committee.

Mr Hamilton has background in governance, company leadership and financial markets across New Zealand and Australia. He is currently Chair of Fulton Hogan and holds director roles at Auckland International Airport and The Warehouse Group. He is also a member of Finance and Risk committee, People and Safety committee and Chair of the Governance committee.

Mr Rumbold brings commercial knowledge across customer experience, digital, data and technology. Mr Rumbold is currently a director of House of Travel, Orbit Remit, LIC and The Warehouse Group. Prior to moving into governance roles, he was Chief Digital and Technology Officer at Kiwibank, where he led a team that transformed the company's technology capability, customer experience and cyber-risk maturity. His previous roles include CEO of ClearPoint, a digital experience and engineering company across New Zealand and Australia, as well as senior leadership roles at Air New Zealand where he was GM Customer Value and Group GM digital customer products with responsibility for the airline's digital customer-facing products, retailing, data and digital marketing.
