The Distribution segment includes Insurance Broking, including Broker Networks, life broking, and PSC Workers Compensation Consulting. Its Agency segment includes underwriting agencies, including Chase Underwriting, Breeze Underwriting, Online Travel Insurance, Medical Indemnity Australia and PSC Claims Services.
