Mr Adams is a senior finance professional with over 25 years in both executive and non executive positions. Matt has experience in the corporate finance, restructuring and turnaround sectors and has acted in executive positions (CEO, CFO and CRO) for both listed and unlisted entities. Commencing his career at a mid-tier restructuring firm, Matt was a partner for years prior to his firm being acquired by a NYSE listed consulting firm where Matt became its Senior Managing Director. Matt left the professional services sector in 2015 and founded the boutique corporate finance and advisory firm, Dynamic Corporate Investments (DCI). As Managing Director of DCI, Matt has completed assignments including formal C-Suite roles, advisory roles and non-executive Chairmanships and directorships where he has created value for stakeholders.

Mr Katzman has been in Peak Processing Solutions for the past two and a half years, With over two decades of experience in ownership, C-suite, and leadership roles within the North American alcoholic beverage industry, and now at the forefront of the THC beverage industry, Mr Katzman brings expertise to the role. Prior to becoming Managing Director at Peak Processing Solutions, he also served as Executive Chairman of Thrive Cannabis.

Mr Pujara is a finance professional with over 15 years of professional experience, including several years in executive-level roles spanning corporate governance, financial strategy, and operational transformation across private and ASX listed companies. He holds the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at Nutritional Growth Solutions Ltd (ASX:NGS),. He also serves as a Director at Patison Accountants & Advisors, a Melbourne-based accounting and advisory firm, providing advisory and strategic financial services to a range of clients.
