    About Pendal Group

    Pendal Group Ltd (ASX: PDL) is a global investment manager that ceased trading on the ASX in January 2023 when the company was acquired by ASX 200 investment fund Perpetual Ltd (ASX: PPT). After the merger, Perpetual boasted around $200 billion in funds under management.

    Pendal, formerly BT Investment Management until 2018, actively manages and administers funds under its own brands across a range of asset classes. These include Australian equities, listed property, fixed interest, and international equities. Pendal describes itself as a "multi-boutique" style business with a "house view". 

    Through the Perpetual and Pendal brands, including J O Hambro, Regnan, and TSW, the entity has a growing presence in the US, UK, and Europe.
