    About Orora Ltd

    Orora Ltd (ASX: ORA) is a global packaging and distribution business. Its Australasian segment is one of the world's leading producers of glass bottles and caps and aluminium cans. Its products also include boxes and packing materials, and rigid and soft plastic packaging for food and pharmaceutical products.

    The company was created in late 2013 when Australian-founded multinational packaging company Amcor plc (ASX: AMC) demerged its Australasian business, as well as its North American packaging operations.

    Orora's Australasian business is focused largely on beverage packaging while its North American business covers two segments: Orora Packaging Solutions and Orora Visual, offering design and retail display services. The company's primary competitors are Visy Group and Owens-Illinois.
