Mr Chaney AO is currently Chairman of Wesfarmers Limited and was previously Chairman of Woodside Petroleum Limited (retired April 2018), Chairman of National Australia Bank (retired December 2015), and Chairman of the National School Resourcing Board (retired October 2023). He is also a former director of both BHP Limited (retired October 2005) and the Centre for Independent Studies (retired July 2022) and was President of the Business Council of Australia from 2005 to 2007, and was the Managing Director of Wesfarmers from 1992 to 2005. He is also part of People and Culture Committee.

Mr Quartermaine is a mining executive with a career spanning more than 35 years in the resources sector. He retired as Managing Director and CEO of Perseus Mining Limited in September 2025 after 15 years with the company. Mr Quartermaine brings gold mining, processing and development experience and will add gold sector experience.

Mr Ashforth was previously a Regional Adviser with Goldman Sachs. He was a Member of the Australian Takeovers Panel for nine years and is a Director of the Wunan Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation based in Kununurra, Western Australia. He is also part of People and Culture Committee.

Mr Bowen is an executive and company director with more than 30 years of leadership roles across listed and private companies. He brings finance and capital management experience combined with hands-on operational oversight and governance discipline. Mr Bowen was an independent Non-Executive Director of BHP from 2017 to 2023, where he chaired the Risk and Audit Committee. He has also served as a Non-Executive Director of Transurban and Coles Group. He is currently President of Rokt, a global ecommerce technology company headquartered in New York, a role he has held since July 2025 and which concludes on 31 August 2026, when he will transition to an advisor to the Rokt Board and base himself full time in Australia. He is also a Senior Advisor to BGH Capital in Melbourne, having previously been a Partner of BGH and Chair of its Operations Group. Earlier in his executive career, he was Finance Director and an executive director of Wesfarmers Limited for eight years, and before that, was Chief Financial Officer of Jetstar Airways.

Mr Cernotta served as a Director of Operations at Fortescue Metals Group Ltd and Chief Operating Officer (Underground, International and Engineering) at MacMahon Holdings Limited. He has also served as Director of Operations for Barrick Gold Corporation and CEO of GBF Underground Mining Services. He was previously Non-Executive Chairman of Panoramic Resources Limited and ServTech Global Holdings Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of New Century
Resources Ltd. He is also part of People and Culture Committee.

Ms Warburton is a Chartered Accountant with experience in the construction, mining and infrastructure sectors, having held senior executive positions at Rio Tinto, Brookfield Multiplex, Aldar Properties PJSC, Multiplex and Citigroup. She is a Non-Executive Director of Wesfarmers Limited and South32 Limited. She is also an Independent Director of Mirvac Funds Management Australia. She was also previously part-time member of the Takeovers Panel and on the Board of not-for-profit organisation, Perth Children's Hospital Foundation. She is also part of Environmental, Social and Safety Committee and People and Culture Committee.

Ms Langer has 25 years' experience in human resources, audit and financial reporting, corporate governance, and sustainability oversight gained through, including substantial experience in the resources sector. She is a Non-Executive Director of Sandfire Resources and Jupiter Mines. In addition, she also holds Board roles with private company Endura Mining, The Gold Corporation and Ronald McDonald House Charities. She is also part of Environmental, Social and Safety Committee and People and Culture Committee.

Ms Finlayson is a minerals processing engineer with mining experience having held a number of senior leadership and operational roles across a range of commodities, including iron ore, diamond, base metals and coal. She is Managing Director of DevEx Resources Limited and previously served as Managing Director of Rio Tinto's battery materials business, responsible for building Rio Tinto's battery materials portfolio through targeted investments in assets, technology and partnerships. Prior to this appointment, she was Managing Director of Rio Tinto's borates and lithium business, overseeing Rio Tinto's borates operations in California and Europe, as well as the Jadar lithium project in Western Serbia. She is also part of Environmental, Social and Safety Committee.
