About Newmark Property REIT
Newmark Property REIT (ASX: NPR) is a real estate investment trust holding mainly large-format retail properties. These are predominantly leased to businesses that are part of the Wesfarmers Limited (ASX: WES) group. The properties in Newmark's portfolio are largely situated in metropolitan, urban centres and regional locations where there are growing populations and diversified local economies. The group receives the majority of its revenue through rental income.
