About Megaport Ltd
Megaport Ltd (ASX: MP1) is a global network-as-a-service and infrastructure platform provider that allows customers to connect between more than 1,100 data centres across 31 countries. The majority of its customer connections are to major cloud service providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
The company touts its flexibility in allowing its customers to connect to multiple applications and geographic locations almost instantaneously without the need for long-term contracts. Megaport expanded into AI compute infrastructure in late 2025 through the acquisition of Latitude.sh, adding on-demand and contracted GPU cloud services to its platform.
The company is divided into three network segments: the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe/the Middle East/Africa, alongside its growing Compute division.
