Established in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia in 1972, the company now operates across Australia and overseas including in China, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Chile, and the Philippines. 

    The company is structured under two major divisions, Engineering Construction and Maintenance and Industrial Services. These are supported by a Corporate segment. The Monadelphous Group also oversees a large portfolio of subsidiary companies.
