Her experience includes product manufacturing, quality systems, supply chain management, sales and marketing, research and development, and healthcare-related regulatory environments. Ms. Cook previously worked with Genetic Technologies Limited, where she was involved in the management and development of genetic testing services and related business activities. He has worked with businesses operating in multiple jurisdictions and has been involved with public and private companies, joint venture structures and not-for-profit organisations. Mr. Mervis has been involved in mergers, acquisitions, divestments and post-acquisition integration activities. His experience includes work with Endeavour Group Limited, Accolade Wines, Murray Goulburn, SABMiller, Carlton and United Breweries (CUB), China Resources Snow Beer, SABMiller India and SABMiller Vietnam. He has experience in business operations, corporate transactions, strategic planning and organisational management across domestic and international markets.

Mr. Batistich has more than 30 years of experience across marketing, digital innovation, customer experience and general management. Mr. Batistich has worked with organisations including Westfield Group, PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, Wrigley Company and Lion Nathan. He has also been involved with companies operating in the consumer goods, retail, financial services and technology sectors, as well as industry, community and technology-related organisations. His experience includes customer strategy, digital innovation, business operations, organisational development, and people and culture initiatives. He is the member of the Risk Committee, people and culture committee.

Ms. Thornton has experience in financial management, risk management, audit and governance across a range of industries. Her background includes financial services, manufacturing, utilities, mining and property, working with public and private organisations as well as government statutory authorities. Ms. Thornton has worked with BlueScope Steel Ltd, BHP, Deloitte and KPMG, where she was involved in risk management, finance, audit and corporate governance activities. Ms. Thornton has experience in strategic planning, financial oversight, governance frameworks, risk management and organisational leadership. She is the chair of the Risk Committee and member of People and Culture Committee.
