Lark Distilling Co Ltd (ASX: LRK) is engaged in the production and marketing of whisky in Australia. It sells its range of products, including gins, at its Tasmanian distillery, online, and through liquor retailers nationally. The company is best known for its single-malt whiskies. Its production centre was recently recognised as the first carbon-neutral distillery in Australia.
