Mr Bowen is a partner of the national law firm Thomsons. He practices primarily corporate, commercial and securities law with over 40 years of experience and emphasis on mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and resources. He has been admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia since 1979 and is also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Australia. Mr Bowen is regularly engaged to advise on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, re-constructions, risk management, due diligence and general commercial and corporate law. His clients operate in a range of sectors, including resources, technology, property, contracting and construction. He is a member of Risk Committee .

Ms Heywood is a risk committee and people committee chair, with broad general management experience gained through an international career in the mining sector, including 10 years with the Rio Tinto Copper Group. Her experience includes strategic marketing, business finance and compliance and she has led organisational restructures, mergers, acquisitions and disposals at both the executive and board level. She has experience in complex cross-cultural negotiations and stakeholder relationships management, including governments and investment partners and leadership expertise in China, Japan, Mongolia, Singapore and South America. She received a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2021 and was named 2019 NSW Business Woman of the Year.

Mr Bittar is a capital markets, finance and resource industry executive with over 25 years of experience. He has experience gained through senior roles across investment banking, metals and mining and energy companies, with particular focus on funding, exploration, mergers and acquisitions, project evaluation and project development studies. He has held positions with Bankers Trust, Baring Brothers Burrows and Morgan Stanley.

Mr Hay is a minerals industry executive with more than 30 years of management and technical experience gained across Australia and international markets. His expertise spans resource development, project delivery, operations, strategy and corporate leadership across the mining and critical minerals sectors. He has held senior executive and board positions with a range of listed and private companies and has extensive experience in the development and financing of major resource projects. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ASX listed WhiteRock Lithium Corp., a Canadian critical minerals exploration company. Until February 2026, he was Executive Chairman of Leo Lithium Ltd, where he led the development of the Goulamina Lithium Project in Mali, West Africa, through to production and subsequent sale to its joint venture partner. From July 2019 to November 2021, he was Chief Executive Officer of Galaxy Resources Ltd, where he led the company through its merger with Orocobre to create a leading global lithium producer. Prior to this, he was Head of Resource Development for Iluka Resources Limited, with responsibility for development projects including the construction of two mineral sands concentrators in Sierra Leone, West Africa. He has significant experience in project development, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate strategy and international operations within the resources sector.
