    About Karoon Energy Ltd

    Karoon Energy Ltd (ASX: KAR) is an oil and gas explorer and producer with assets in Brazil and the United States. The company's key producing asset is its wholly owned Baúna oil field in the southern Santos Basin, offshore Brazil, which it acquired from Brazilian state-owned Petrobras SA in November 2020. Karoon also holds a 30% interest in the Who Dat oil and gas assets in the Gulf of Mexico, operated by LLOG Exploration Company.
