Mr Hill was formerly a Partner of Ernst & Young and has been involved in working with management teams and boards across a number of companies and industries for more than 20 years. He is the MD & CIO and Founder of the Bombora Special Investment Growth Fund. Prior to Bombora he was an investment Partner with Ironbridge, a private equity Investment fund which invested $1.5bn. Mike has served as Chair of multiple ASX-listed companies over the past six years. He is chair of Risk Committee.

Mr Houlden founded Janison in 1998. He has relationships in the education technology industry and Edtech investment community around the world. Wayne is also a fund advisor for Europes Edtech investment group, Emerge Education. Before Janison, Wayne worked as an IT leader at Citibank and also has a teaching background in information technology.

Ms Doorbar has nearly 30 years experience in the education sector. She is currently Managing Partner at EduWorld. Allison has spent her career working with education providers across the spectrum from K-12 through to higher education as well as investors and governments helping to develop and implement their marketing strategies. She is a Member of the Risk Committee and Chair of the People Committee.

Ms Bailey-Lord is a company board director, with experience across listed, private, government and NFP boards including in the technology and education sectors. Kathleen serves on the boards of AMP Limited, Datacom Group Limited, and Urbis. She chairs the People and Remuneration Committees at AMP and Datacom. Kathleens community service includes the board of St Vincents Health Australia (SVHA) where she chairs the Digital Health Committee. She is a Member of the People Committee and member of the Risk Committee.

Ms Baker is a Non-Executive Director with expertise in both risk management and chairing Audit and Risk Committees across a variety of sectors. She is currently on the board of Beyond Bank, where she chairs the Risk Committee, and CareFlight, where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. She is also a Member of the Managed Investment Scheme Compliance Committee for Spaceship Capital and eToro, and an independent Member of the Capital Markets Committee for iPartners. She was formerly on the boards of Export Finance Australia, Percussion Australia, and Disability Sports Australia, where she chaired the Audit and Risk Committee of each. She has served also on the boards of Spaceship Superannuation Fund, and Financial Executives Institute, and was a Board Credit Committee member of Social Enterprise Finance Australia. During her executive career, Jodies roles included being a Partner of Blackhall & Pearl, a board, risk, and governance advisory firm, CEO and Managing Director of a fintech business Morgij Analytics and senior executive risk roles at ANZ, Societe Generale and BT Financial Group. Earlier in her career, Jodie worked in front line and risk roles at Westpac, Macquarie Bank and Bankers Trust Australia. She is a Chair of the Risk Committee and Member of the People Committee.
