Mr Sharp has more than 30 years of global experience in markets, technology and governance. He has advised, built, run and chaired several technology companies. Roger currently chairs Technology Queenstown Limited (a not-for-profit) and boutique tech investment bank North Ridge Partners. He was previously Global Head of Technology and CEO of Asia Pacific Securities for ABN AMRO Bank.

Mr Mactier has investment banking experience in Australia having, prior to his current role with UBS, worked for Ord Minnett Securities (now JP Morgan), E.L. & C. Baillieu and Citigroup. Robert began his career at KPMG and worked through their audit, management consulting and corporate finance practices.

Ms Forrester has chaired Remuneration / People and Culture committees across more than 5 ASX-listed technology companies. She has a particular focus on strategy and governance in fast growing companies and on developing executive teams. Her other appointments include Chair of South Bank Corporation and Director of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD). Susan is also a member of the Takeovers Panel of Australia and a member of PEXA Group Ltd's Advisory Committee. She is Chair of the People and Performance Committee.

Ms Vonhoff is a financial services executive and brings over 25 years of expertise in strategic leadership, financial management, regulatory compliance, and operational transformation. Her career demonstrates capabilities in retail and business banking, technology-enabled service delivery, risk management, and customer-centric business models. In senior executive roles at Westpac and AMP, Trudy led portfolios across retail and business banking, finance, technology and operations, and agribusiness, developing expertise in driving organizational performance, stakeholder engagement, and improving customer outcomes. Her prior board experience includes AMP Bank, A2B (Cabcharge), Ruralco Holdings Limited, Tennis NSW, and the Westpac Staff Superannuation Fund. He is the Chair of the Risk Committee.

Mr Glenning has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. He is currently a fund advisor to Skalata Ventures, leading investment into early-stage companies and helping them scale and grow into sustainable businesses. In 1999, Anthony founded Tonic Systems, a web application development company which he built over eight years and sold to Google in 2007 as part of the Google Docs suite of products. He worked at Google post-acquisition from 2007 to 2009, where he was a senior software engineer. From 2010 to 2018, Anthony was an Investment Director for Starfish Ventures, based in Melbourne, a venture capital firm specializing in Australian high-growth technology businesses, and during that time held various directorships including at Atmail, DesignCrowd, MetaCDN and Nitro Software.

Mr Russell is Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Iress, appointed in November 2025. Andrew brings international leadership experience across financial services and technology. Most recently, he served as Group CEO and Managing Director of Bravura Solutions (July 2023 to April 2025), where he led a strategic and operational reset that returned the global platform provider to profitability and repositioned the business for sustainable long-term growth. Prior to Bravura, Andrew was CEO and Managing Director of Class Limited. Earlier in his career, Andrew was the founding Executive General Manager of REA Group's financial services division and held senior executive roles at Mortgage Choice Limited and Virgin Money Australia.

Mr Dwyer has over 35 years of experience in superannuation and investment, including 14 years as CEO of First State Super. He is a Director of the Global Advisory Council of Tobacco Free Portfolios and the Sydney Financial Forum. Since 1998 Michael has also been a director and subsequently Chair and now Patron of Australia for UNHCR, the private sector partner of the UN Refugee Agency. He is a life member of ASFA (Australia's superannuation industry association) and the Fund Executives Association. After serving as a director, on 31 August 2020 Michael was appointed as the Chair of TCorp (New South Wales Treasury Corporation). He is also a member of the ASIC Consultative Panel, Chair of MSquared Capital Advisory Committee and member of the Hope Housing Advisory Committee.
