About Ingenia Communities Group
Ingenia Communities Group (ASX: INA) is an Australian property group that owns, manages, and develops a portfolio of lifestyle, seniors' rental, and holiday communities across Australia.
Ingenia has around 110 properties, the majority on Australia's eastern seaboard. These include five greenfield lifestyle community developments owned through a development joint venture with Sun Communities, Inc (NYSE: SUI) as well as six established communities through the Group's managed funds. In addition to ownership interests in the joint venture and funds, Ingenia receives fees for services provided to these entities.
As well as offering lifestyle homes, lease, and rental properties, Ingenia also owns caravan parks, camping grounds, and holiday cabins. The major contributor to the Group's revenue is its lifestyle home sales segment.
