Mr Gannon has more than 40 years of experience working with ASX-listed entities across industries including real estate, mining services, FMCG, and financial services. He has experience in finance and real estate, equity and debt capital markets, commercial property transactions, corporate governance, and people management. His previous executive roles include Chief Financial Officer at Mirvac Limited, Endeavour Group, Goodman Fielder, CSR Limited, and Dyno Nobel. He also spent ten years at Lendlease in divisional CFO and executive roles across the retail, commercial, and financial services divisions. He currently serves on the boards of the GPT Group and Symal Group and was previously a Director of CSR Limited. He is a Member of Risk & Sustainability Committee.

Mr Morrison has experience in senior portfolio management roles where he managed both listed and unlisted property funds on behalf of institutional investors. His previous executive positions include Head of Property for Asia Pacific and Director of Asian Investments at AMP Limited. He was previously a Non-Executive Director of Mirvac Funds Management Limited, an Executive Director of AMP Capital Limited, and a National Director of the Property Council of Australia. Ms Downes has experience in international banking, finance and capital markets, with broad industry knowledge across financial services, technology, infrastructure and property. Her previous executive roles include Managing Director and Equity Partner at Goldman Sachs JB Were. She currently serves on the boards of Virgin Australia Holdings and Australian Technology Innovators and is a member of the Australian Super Investment Committee and the ASIC Consultative Panel. She was previously a Director of Zip Co Limited, ALE Property Group, Windlab Limited, ASX Clearing and Settlement Companies, and Sydney Olympic Park Authority, and a former Panel Member of the ASX Appeals Tribunal. He is a chair of Risk & Sustainability Committee and Member of the People & Culture Committee.

Ms Scenna has more than 30 years of experience in property management, asset management and funds management in Australia and the United Kingdom, across listed and private entities. Her background includes executive and non-executive roles with a focus on development, real estate and infrastructure. Her previous executive roles include UK Joint Managing Director at Stockland, Head of Explore Investments Group at Laing O'Rourke, and Managing Director of Morgan Sindall Investments at Morgan Sindall Group plc. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Cromwell Property Group, Dexus Capital Funds Management and Investment Services, Harworth Group, Gore Street Energy Storage Fund and Genuit Group. she is Chair of the People & Culture Committee and Member of the Risk and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Shakesheff is an experienced executive and company director with expertise in property and finance, including strategy, debt and equity finance, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience was developed through advisory and corporate executive roles. He has more than 25 years of experience at global investment banks, working as an equities analyst and corporate advisor to listed real estate groups. He was formerly Head of Strategy and Stakeholder Relations at Stockland Trust Group. He is Chair of Kiwi Property Trust and HomeCo Daily Needs REIT and also serves as a Non-Executive Director of Cbus Property. He is a Risk and Sustainability Committee.

Mr Carfi has more than 35 years of experience in large company leadership and real estate, with a focus on the development sector. He has worked in developing and operating property businesses in both global and local contexts. His previous executive roles include CEO of Residential Development at Mirvac and various construction and development roles at Lendlease Group. He was also CEO of Emaar Properties.

Dr Fagg has experience in senior executive roles across global financial services organisations, including CEO of ANZ National Bank (New Zealand), Chief Risk Officer of AMP Group and AMP Life, and Executive Vice President of Retail Products and Payments at CIBC (Canada). She most recently co-founded and served as CEO of a fintech company providing digitised home equity loans. She is a Risk and Sustainability Committee and People & Culture Committee.
