    About Infratil

    Infratil Ltd. is engaged in the ownership of an infrastructure business, which provides services to individuals and communites. It operates through the following business segments: Trustpower, Tilt Renewables, Wellington International Airport, Diagnostic Imaging, Associates, and All Other Segments and Corporate. The Trustpower and Tilt Renewables segments are engaged in the renewable generation investments. The Wellington International Airport segment operates airport investment. The Diagnostic Imaging segment is composed of Qscan Group and RHC Holdco. The Associates segment includes the firm's investments that are not consolidated for financial reporting purposes including CDC Data Centres, Vodafone New Zealand, RetireAustralia, Longroad Energy and Galileo Green Energy. The All Other Segments and Corporate represents investment activity not included in the specific categories. The company was founded by Hugh Richmond Lloyd Morrison in March 1994 and is headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand.
