Mr Cathcart has 30 years experience in energy and mining investment analysis including experience in these sectors at a technical, corporate and financial level, working in oil, gas, gold, copper and nickel at several major operations. Mr Cathcart has invested in oil and gas stocks in Australia and the USA for many years and has travelled reviewing these investments. Previously, Mr Cathcart was an investment manager at Thorney Investments for a period of time and was recently a director of stockbroking firm Rawson Lewis. He is currently an advisor to Cygnet Capital.

Mr Lochtenberg has been involved in the coal industry for more than 30 years. He is the former Executive Chairman and founding Managing Director of ASX-listed Baralaba Coal Company Limited (formerly Cockatoo Coal Limited). He was a principal architect of Cockatoo's inception and growth from an early-stage grassroots explorer through to an emerging mainstream coal producer. He was also formerly the co-head of Glencore International AG's worldwide coal division, where he spent 13 years overseeing a range of trading activities including the identification, due diligence, negotiation, acquisition and aggregation of the coal project portfolio that would become Xstrata Coal. Prior to this, Mark established a coal 'swaps' market for Bain Refco (Deutsche bank) after having served as a senior coal trader for Hansen Neuerburg AG and as coal marketing manager for Peko Wallsend Limited. Mr Lochtenberg is currently Non-Executive Director of public listed companies Nickel Industries Limited, Terracom Limited and Equus Mining Limited and Director of Australian Transport & Energy Corridor Pty Limited and Montem Resources Limited.

Mr Kenny is a lawyer and investment banker.

Mr Vos is a member of the Governance Institute of Australia and Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand with more than 20 years of experience working within public practice, specifically within the area of audit and assurance both in Australia and South Africa. He holds similar secretarial roles in various other listed public companies in both industrial and resource sectors. He is an employee of Nexia Perth, a mid-tier corporate advisory and accounting practice.
