Mr Cathcart has 30 years of experience in energy and mining investment analysis at technical, corporate and financial levels, working across oil, gas, gold, copper and nickel operations. Mr Lochtenberg has been involved in the coal industry for more than 30 years. He was formerly Executive Chairman and founding Managing Director of ASX-listed Baralaba Coal Company Limited (formerly Cockatoo Coal Limited). He also served as co-head of Glencore International AG's worldwide coal division, overseeing trading activities that included identification, due diligence, negotiation, acquisition and aggregation of the coal project portfolio that became Xstrata Coal. Before that, he worked in coal trading and marketing roles for Bain Refco (Deutsche Bank), Hansen Neuerburg AG and Peko Wallsend Limited.

Mr Philipp has over 15 years of experience in the energy and mining sectors with a background in analysis, financing and deal structuring. His career has included roles across stockbroking, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital markets, and energy research. He has worked on both offshore and onshore exploration projects, the development of hydrocarbon projects, and commercial initiatives such as assisting the Gorgon LNG team to Final Investment Decision.
