About GWA Group Ltd

GWA Group Ltd (GWA) is a leading supplier of fixtures and fittings to households and commercial premises. GWA operates through its Bathrooms & Kitchens business which is an Australian designer, importer and distributor of well-known brands and products. GWA’s brands include Caroma, Dorf, Methven and Clark, through which the company offers everything from tapware and sinks to cisterns and baths.

The company’s history dates back to 1989 and GWA Group shares first listed on the ASX in 1993. In the years since, GWA has completed a number of acquisitions, branching out into hot water systems, locksmiths, and garage doors. However, GWA has since sold most of these businesses and is now focused on growing shareholder value through its bathrooms and kitchens operations.
