Mr Fay is an experienced company director across ASX listed, private and regulated entities. He has over 30 years of experience in financial services, including investments, funds, property, and infrastructure
management. Senior executive roles included Chief Executive Officer and Chief
Investment Officer of Deutsche Asset Management (Australia) as well as Regional
Chief Investment Officer (Asia Pacific) for the broader Deutsche Asset Management group.

Mrs Page has extensive executive experience, having held senior financial and operational roles at a number of leading Australian companies, across the property, financial services, technology and legal sectors. Prior to this, she was a partner at Touche Ross/ KPMG Peat Marwick.

Mr Klerk has 26 years of experience in banking and property investment. He has held senior roles at Growthpoint Properties Limited for over 20 years, with responsibility for mergers, acquisitions, capital raisings and operating service divisions. Estienne is a past-President of the South African Property Owners Association.

Mr Sasse has over 26 years of experience in corporate finance dealing with listings, delistings, mergers, acquisitions and capital raisings, and over 19 years of experience in the listed property market.

Ms Sukkar is the co-founder and the Principal of Buildcorp which she established with her husband over 32 years ago. Josephine was previously a Director of The Trust Company, YWCA NSW, the University of Melbourne's Infrastructure Advisory Board and Opera Australia.

Mr Collyer has over 33 years of experience in property investment and development, property valuation and property advisory at both ASX-listed and unlisted property funds. He has worked across the office, industrial and retail property sectors. Prior to joining Growthpoint, Tim was Property Trust Manager at Australand Property Group. He also held senior positions at Heine Funds Management.

Ms Tierney is an experienced senior corporate real estate and financial services executive and board member with ASX 50 and NZX 50 organisations, with a diverse background in investment and funds management, real estate, property and asset management, general management, transformation, strategy development and execution and sustainability. She has held senior roles, including most recently as Chief Operating Officer for Region Group (ASX: RGN) (formerly SCA Property Group). She was previously General Manager of Business Development and Strategy, Global Institutional Bank for National Australia Bank and held senior positions with The GPT Group as Fund Manager, GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund, Head of Property & Asset Management and General Manager, Retail Management.

Mr Theocharides has 20 years of experience in the real estate investment and corporate finance/investment banking advisory industries. He has executive experience having held senior roles including Head of Property Advisory, Corporate Finance at Investec in South Africa, Joint CEO of Annuity Properties Limited (a former JSE listed REIT) and CEO of Annuity Asset Managers and Annuity Property Managers. Prior to this, Panico was Head of Corporate Finance at Sasfin Bank and a member of its Executive Committee. Panico also co-founded Tenurey BSM (Pty) Ltd, an independent property advisory business providing corporate finance and property advisory services to JSE-listed and large private property companies.
