About Graincorp Ltd
GrainCorp Ltd (ASX: GNC) is an agribusiness and processing company with a history spanning more than 100 years. The company operates the largest grain storage and logistics network in eastern Australia. It also sources grain from Canada, the UK, and Ukraine.
GrainCorp also provides grain marketing services to all major grain-producing regions in Australia as well as for its overseas growers. GrainCorp has marketers based in China, Singapore, and India and ships products across the globe.
Over the years, the company has also diversified its interests into pulses and oilseeds and produces edible oils, biofuel components, and animal feeds. Its interests also include developing infant formula products, shipping woodchips, collecting used cooking oil to make biofuel components, and investing in the development of eco-friendly animal feed products made from Australian seaweed.
