He served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for a gold mining company from 2012 to 2016 and held Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary roles with a mining company from 1998 to 2008 and again from 2017 to 2019. He is a member of Risk and Sustainability Committee, and People and Culture Committee.

Mr Bowen has knowledge of the Australian resources sector and the regulatory frameworks relevant to mine development and operation. He has advised on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, restructurings, risk management, due diligence, and general commercial and corporate law matters. He is a Chair of People and Culture Committee and member of Exploration and Growth Committee.

Mr Coutts has more than 30 years of experience in the resource industry. Previously held an executive leadership role with responsibility for overseeing operating mining assets. Prior to this, held a combination of consulting, senior management, and executive positions across mining companies operating at various stages of development.

Mr Finlayson has 20 years of technical and operational experience across multiple disciplines. Previously, he served as Managing Director of gold mining operations, where he was responsible for the acquisition of a second operating gold mine and later the acquisition of a 50% interest in a large open-pit gold mining operation.

Mrs Murray has experience in the mining industry, including mining mergers and acquisitions and financing project development across a range of jurisdictions and commodities. Joined an investment firm in 2012 after working in business analysis, improvement and geotechnical roles within the resources sector. She has more than 30 years of experience in the resource industry. Previously held an executive leadership role with responsibility for overseeing operating mining assets. Prior to this, held a combination of consulting, senior management and executive positions across mining companies operating at various stages of development. She is a member of Risk and Sustainability Committee and chair and member of Exploration and Growth Committee.

Ms Macey has 20 years of experience across multiple commodities, her previous roles include Director of a mining project, General Manager of a mining operation, General Manager of a mining business unit, and General Manager of Engineering and Asset Management. She is the chair and member of Risk and Sustainability Committee and member of Exploration and Growth Committee.
