Mr Chan was appointed director in 1995 and was instrumental in re listing Finbar on the ASX as a property development company. Prior to joining Finbar, he headed several property and manufacturing companies both in Australia and overseas. He is a Trustee for the Western Australian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and is a former Senate Member of Murdoch University.

Mr Peh is Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Chuan Hup Holdings Limited, an investment company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and Finbars largest corporate shareholder. He has over 26 years of experience in property development investment and project management in Asia Pacific, and management experience in finance in the marine and electronics manufacturing services industries.

Mr Chan joined the Board as an Executive Director on 24 February 2017. He brings 21 years of experience in Finbars Company operations where he has worked in several roles in the organisation including marketing, contract administration, and Chief Operations Officer from 2013 to 2025 where gained an intimate understanding of the Companys relationships and systems and managed the Companys transition to digital and online marketing strategies.

Mr Wan is the Chief Operating Officer of Chuan Hup Holdings Limited, an investment company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange, and Finbars largest corporate shareholder. He has over 27 years of experience in the finance and accounting sectors. He has accumulated industry experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial and management reporting, budgeting, taxation, treasury as well as corporate governance and risk management matters.

Ms Chan has 25 years of professional experience, including 19 years in the real estate sector. Her experience spans land acquisition and origination, large-scale property development, urban regeneration, and investment activities across Australia, the United States, and the United Kingdom. She previously held the position of Commercial Director at Lendlease in the United States. Her portfolio also extends to projects in Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth.
