Mr Robinson has worked in the resources industry in Australia and Canada for over twenty-five years. Mr Robinson's experience includes senior management roles at a large international resources company and executive roles in the junior mining and exploration sector. Mr Robinson is a former president of the resources industry advocacy body, the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC). He was previously a member of the Strategic Advisory Board at the Centre for Exploration Targeting University of Western Australia and the Australian Federal Government's Resources 2030 Taskforce.

Mr Bewick has over thirty years of industry experience. He held several senior mine and exploration geological roles during a fourteen-year career with WMC, including Exploration Manager and Geology Manager of the Kambalda Nickel Operations and Exploration Manager for St Ives Gold Operations. Mr Bewick also held corporate roles with WMC as Exploration Manager for the Nickel Business Unit and Exploration Manager for North America based in Denver, Colorado. He has experience in project generation for a range of commodities including nickel, gold, copper and bauxite. Mr Bewick has been a member of MERIWA College since 2013.

Dr Hronsky has more than forty years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Dr Hronsky has expertise in regional-scale exploration targeting a range of commodities. His work led to the discovery of the West Musgrave nickel sulphide province in Western Australia. Dr Hronsky was previously Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration. Prior to that, he was Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd. He is currently a director of exploration consulting group Western Mining Services and former Chairman of the board of management of the Centre for Exploration Targeting at the University of Western Australia.

Mr Crutchfield specializes in commercial law. Philip is a non-executive director of Western Australian gold focused company Hamelin Gold Limited.Mr Crutchfield is a board member of the Bell Shakespeare Theatre Company and the Victorian Bar Foundation Limited. Philip is also a former partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons).

Mr Hay is a mining professional with management, corporate and technical experience built up over a career spanning 30 years in Australia and internationally. He is currently Executive Chairman of Leo Lithium Ltd (ASX:LLL). From July 2019 to November 2021, he was CEO of Galaxy Resources, an ASX listed lithium producer and developer until merging with Orocobre. Prior to this, as Head of Resource Development for Iluka Resources Limited. Mr Hay also spent 5 years in the sales and marketing of Ilukas industrial mineral products across Asia and globally. In addition to his functional experience in executive and management roles, Mr Hays technical experience covers the functions of smelting, refining, project commissioning and the life cycle of capital works across various commodities. Mr Hay is also a Non-Executive Director of Lotus Resources, an ASX-listed uranium mining and development company with assets in Malawi and Botswana.
