Encounter Resources Ltd is an exploration and resource development company focused on projects in Western Australia. The company is actively exploring for gold-copper deposits in the Telfer region as well as copper-cobalt and zinc- lead deposits at Yeneena in the Paterson Province of Western Australia. Its project includes Jessica Copper Project, East Thomson's Dome Project, Rani Project, Mt Sefton Project, Millennium Project, Sandover Copper Project, Carrara Copper/Zinc Project, Brunchilly Copper/Zinc Project, Playford Copper Project, Lamil Project, and Phillipson Range project.

Mr Robinson has worked in the resources industry in Australia and Canada for over twenty-five years. Mr Bewick is an experienced geologist and has held a number of senior mine and exploration geological roles during a fourteen year career with WMC. These roles include Exploration Manager and Geology Manager of the Kambalda Nickel Operations, Exploration Manager for St Ives Gold Operation, Exploration Manager for WMC's Nickel Business Unit and Exploration Manager for North America based in Denver, Colorado. Whilst at WMC, Mr Bewick gained experience in project generation for a range of commodities including nickel, gold and bauxite. Mr Bewick has been associated with a number of brownfields exploration successes at Kambalda and with the greenfield Collurabbie Ni-Cu-PGE discovery. Mr Bewick is currently a nonexecutive director of Mincor Resources Limited (ASX:MCR).

Dr Hronsky has more than thirty five years of experience in the mineral exploration industry, primarily focused on project generation, technical innovation and exploration strategy development. Dr Hronsky has particular expertise in targeting for nickel sulfide deposits, but has worked across a range of commodities. His work led to the discovery of the West Musgrave nickel sulfide province in Western Australia. Dr Hronsky was most recently Manager-Strategy & Generative Services for BHP Billiton Mineral Exploration. Prior to that, he was Global Geoscience Leader for WMC Resources Ltd. He is currently a Director of exploration consulting group Western Mining Services and former Chairman of the board of management of the Centre for Exploration Targeting at the University of Western Australia. During the last 3 years Dr Hronsky has been a director of Cassini Resources Limited until its acquisition by Oz Minerals Limited in 2020 and a director of Azumah Resources Limited between 7 November 2019 to its delisting on 19 February 2020. Dr Hronsky is currently a non-executive director of Caspin Resources Limited (ASX:CPN).
