    About Dyno Nobel Ltd

    Incitec Pivot Ltd (ASX: IPL) is a leading global manufacturer of explosives, as well as a producer of fertilisers and industrial chemicals. It's estimated the company's share of the international commercial explosives market is around 15%. Certainly, the company's explosives business contributes the vast majority of its earnings.

    Incitec Pivot has extensive international operations, owning and operating 20 explosives production plants in the US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, Indonesia, and Turkey. It also has joint venture operations in South Africa, Malaysia, China, and Australia.

    The company is also a major fertiliser producer and distributor, operating six plants on Australia's eastern seaboard. It is the only Australian manufacturer of ammonium phosphates and urea. Its ammonium phosphates are sold in the domestic market and also exported. Incetec Pivot also manufactures chemicals used in water treatment, process manufacturing, and other industrial applications.
