    About Calix Limited

Calix Ltd (ASX: CXL) is an Australian technology company. It has developed a patented, platform technology that essentially involves grinding minerals to between one-hundredth and one-thousandth of a millimetre in size, and then "flash" heating them in a reactor. As trapped gases in the minerals are released, they create highly porous honeycomb-like structures with similar properties to nanomaterials, but without the associated safety issues and costs. Calix's technology also allows for the separation of carbon dioxide, making it attractive to industries and companies looking to reduce carbon emissions.

Calix's technology is being used globally across many industries and sectors. These include advanced battery development, water and wastewater treatment, sustainable food, and biotechnology. The company has operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, and the United States.
