From 2004 to 2009, Darren was also a non-executive director of three IT services companies listed on the stock exchanges of Singapore, Hong Kong and Kuala Lumpur respectively. Darren brings his experience in accounting, audit and financial management to the Board of Directors, as well as a background in corporate governance and regulation from his previous listed company experience.
