    About Charter Hall Long WALE REIT

    Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW) is a diversified real estate investment trust (REIT) with around $7.2 billion in assets in Australia and New Zealand.

    The trust is marketed as having around 550 high-quality properties leased largely to corporate and government tenants with around 99% occupancy. The weighted average lease expiry (WALE) is 10.5 years (as at 2024). More than half the REIT's leases are triple-net, where tenants pay rates, maintenance, and most outgoings.

    The REIT's portfolio spans offices, industrial, retail, social infrastructure, and agricultural logistics assets, with more than 75% of the portfolio on Australia's eastern seaboard. Leases are evenly spread between CPI-linked and fixed uplifts.

    Mr Fraser has 46 years industry experience, he is a professional Non-Executive Director following a long career in finance, infrastructure and property. He was a member of Transfield Holdings Advisory Board from 1999 to 2015. He was instrumental in Transfield Holdings acquisition of a 50% interest in Charter Hall and its subsequent expansion and ASX listing in 2005. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of the Charter Hall Group. Joining Transfield Holdings, he was General Manager Finance Project Development, where he was responsible for the financial elements of infrastructure and property projects. He was subsequently appointed Chief Financial Officer of Transfield Holdings.     Ms Lennox has over 40 years of experience in many aspects of property including agency, development, project and construction management, property management, and community development. She now runs her own consultancy, Mosaic Xchange, with clients across both private and public sectors. She has served on a number of boards including both for-profit and not-for profit companies.
