About Codan Ltd
Codan Ltd (ASX: CDA) develops electronics solutions for government, military, corporate, and consumer markets globally. The company provides products and services in communications, metal detection, and mining technology. Its businesses include Codan Communications, Minelab, Minetec, and Defence Electronics.
Codan designs its own core products and has seven manufacturing facilities globally, including in Adelaide and Penang, Malaysia, where it can oversee production. It also has business, engineering, and technical support facilities in Canada, the US, the UK, Ireland, and the United Arab Emirates. The majority of the company's sales revenue is generated in the North American market.
