Its core business involves buying debts, or purchased debt ledgers (PDLs), in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States. The company says it then works with customers by taking a flexible approach to agreed repayment plans and solutions.

    It is also involved in consumer lending to high-risk customers and operates a local government debt recovery service through its fully-owned subsidiary LegalForce Specialist Debt Collectors.
