Mr Seton has experience in commercial law, stock exchange listed companies and the mineral resource sector. He was a former director (and former Chairman) of ASX listed FE Investments Group Limited (until August 2018), a former director and chairman of ASX listed Summit Resources Limited (until May 2007), and Zedex Minerals Limited (until January 2010) and was a former director and former Chairman of NZX listed SmartPay Limited (until January 2011). He has held directorships in several companies listed on the ASX and NZX including Kiwi Gold NL, Kiwi International Resources NL, Iddison Group Vietnam Limited and Max Resources NL. He was also the former chief executive officer of NZSE-listed IT Capital Limited, former Chairman of the Vietnam/New Zealand Business Council and former Chairman of The Mud House Wine Group Limited, an unlisted public company. Mr Seton also holds a number of private company directorships. He has over 20 years of experience in the resources industry, is a former President of Besra and has business experience in Vietnam, having once served as Chairman of the Vietnam/New Zealand Business Council. He is currently a director of Manhattan Corporation Limited (ASX:MHC) and Tomizone Limited (ASX:TOM).

Mr Morda is a former CFO of Alamos Gold Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, with several positions as chief financial officer of mineral exploration and gold producing companies listed on the TSX. In 2011, he retired as chief financial officer of Alamos Gold Inc., a mineral exploration and gold producing company listed for trading on the TSX. He is currently a director and a member of the Audit Committee of Kootenay Silver Inc. (TSX-V). He is also chairman of Risk Management Committee.

Mr Lim is the founder and chairman of Quantum. He has a background spanning more than 20 years in the metals industry, particularly its uses in moulding, electronic components, scrap refining, jewellery and gold-plating industries. Dato Lim has also played a role in co-developing a gold recovery system from electronic waste with Inochem in South Africa.

Mr Lee, has a background in capital markets, fintech, corporate advisory and blockchain-enabled businesses, Mr Lee has over 10 years of experience in the Australian business and financial landscape, assisting several international businesses to establish their Australian foundations . As the co-founder and Managing Partner of Neo Legal, a law firm headquartered in Melbourne, in blockchain consultancy, corporate law, commercial law and immigration. Previously, Mr Lee co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer at STAX. Notably, STAX allowed both retail and wholesale investors to participate in capital raises, which accepted both fiat currency and cryptocurrency investments.
