Mr Chapman has 30 years of experience in the resources sector in Australia and the United States. He has worked across a range of commodities including gold, nickel, uranium, manganese, bauxite/alumina, and oil and gas. He has held managing director and other senior management roles in several public companies and was a founding shareholder and director of ASX-listed Reliance Mining, Encounter Resources, Rex Minerals and Silver Lake Resources.

Mr Laufmann has with broad experience in the resources sector, specifically in copper, gold and nickel, both corporately and operationally. His previous roles include General Manager of Gold for Western Mining Corporation. Of particular relevance to Black Cat, he managed the large St Ives Gold Operation south of Kalgoorlie. He is a past Chairman of the State Council of the Minerals Council of Australia (Victorian division) at the time the State Council merged into the national MCA. He is currently CEO of Azure Minerals Pty Ltd, which is developing the Andover lithium deposits located in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia.

Ms Rivamonte has experience of 30 years in the resources industry. She has a track record of advising C-suite executives and boards, particularly within ASX-listed companies, and brings expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, financial management, and governance. She has been in executing multiple ASX IPOs and international listings, including AIM (London) and OTC (US). Amber has held a range of senior finance and executive roles, providing strategic leadership across foreign entities in the USA, Germany, Canada, and Asia. Most recently, Amber was Executive Director of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Rex Minerals Ltd. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Ballarat Goldfields. In addition, she has served as Company Secretary for Rex Minerals, Indophil Resources, and White Rock Minerals, and has held directorships with several companies in Australia and internationally.

Mr Bosio is an experienced company director with resources and gold sector experience, having served on the boards of De Grey Mining Ltd and Spectrum Metals Ltd, which was later acquired by Ramelius Resources Ltd. He was the WA State Manager and Director of Corporate Finance at Shaw and Partners, where he oversaw the sale of DJ Carmichael Pty Limited to Shaw in 2019. Over his 23-year career in the WA finance industry, he has provided corporate services and strategic advice to private and public organisations, particularly in capital management and M&A.
